Until the end of the promotion, orders placed in SS20 and AW19/20 collections, as well as orders from other seasons from € 60, will have free shipping to the peninsula. And until the end of the alarm state, the local pickup will take place once the alarm state has ended, not before.

Shipping costs are applied to each order. The expenses of each order depend on the country of reception.
We always send the products with NACEX, except when it is outside the established zones, which will be sent by Correos as a certified letter.

You can also select the local pickup option. The pickup will be made by the client at our entity, El Lloc de la Dona, without any extra cost and may be collected from the day after the order is received.

Where and when
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. No deliveries on weekends or during local holidays. Orders can only be delivered to private residences. Deliveries are made during office hours. Therefore, to facilitate deliveries, Clients are asked to use their work addresses or other addresses where there is someone who can receive the package. *
Provincial - Regional: 48h business days. *
National - Portugal: 48h business days. *
Europe: Zone 1: 3-4 business days | Zone 2: 4-5 business days. *
Usually, the deadline is achived, but Dona Kolors can not guarantee punctuality, so all orders are delivered within a period of 30 days after the confirmation date, at most. Once the order is sent, the Customer receives a notification email.
Verification at reception
The Client must verify the status of the package upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, the Customer must not accept the delivery. Unless otherwise agreed in the Sales Conditions, the amount of the purchase and shipping costs will be reimbursed to the Customer when the warehouse has processed the return of the products. Dona Kolors informs that the delivery must be verified within a reasonable period of time after receipt. In case of no communication of rejection of the products within 30 days from the delivery, Dona Kolors will consider that the Client accepts the delivery. This does not affect the Customer's right to return or change an order as set forth below.
* Given the exceptional situation and the state of alarm in which we are immersed these days, the delivery deadline for shipments may be altered or suspended. As long as our transportation partner continues operating, orders will be shipped. If the service is suspended, the reception will be suspended as well until it is returned. In any case, Dona Kolors will contact the client to inform of the shipment situation and to find shipping alternatives, if there were any.
Return of non-conforming products
The Customer has the right to return defective or non-conforming products. The Client has 2 months from the moment of detecting the non-conformity to inform Dona Kolors about the defect or non-conformity and proceed to the return of the product to Dona Kolors.
If the Customer returns the product because it is defective or due to its non-compliance the return is accepted, Dona Kolors will reimburse the value of the product and the shipping costs, in addition to the direct costs of the return, within thirty (30) days of the return.
The foregoing is without prejudice to the rights that the Client holds as a consumer in accordance with the provisions of current mandatory regulations on consumer protection.
Return of products for any reason (revocation right)
If the Client is not satisfied with the products purchased, for whatever reason, he has 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product without giving any explanation. The Customer may return the purchased product if:
- the product has not been washed or used in any way
- the product is complete (a product consisting of two pieces, both must be returned)
The products must be returned in their original packaging and labels. Dona Kolors will carry out the pertinent inspection of the merchandise returned. Dona Kolors will reimburse the price of the product to the client and only in cases of errors committed by Dona Kolors also the shipping costs, thirty (30) days after receiving the product return notification.
Change of products
To obtain a product of another size or color, the customer must contact us via email or phone requesting a change. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer. There is the possibility to make the change at our facilities. Change subject to product availability.
Products cannot be exchanged for others, only for size or color. To obtain another product, the Customer must return the original item and place a new order through the Dona Kolors Website.
The refund will be made in the original form of payment. Dona Kolors will not make any refund until we receive the product and verify its conditions in the warehouse. Once the product conditions are verified, the Customer will receive a refund with the relevant amount within thirty (30) days from the products reception.
How to make the return
To return an item please contact us by email to email@example.com or by calling to 934412809 requesting the return of the order. You will receive the intire instructions to proceed.
The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund.
Remember that only returns witht the following requirements will be accepted:
- The garments have not been washed or used in any way.
- The garments are in the same condition in which they were delivered, and keep their original label.
- The product is complete (for example, you must return the two elements that constitute a pair).
- All promotional offers must be entirely returned.
If a returned item does not have these requirements, we will not refund the price. The item will be returned to you, at the expense of your account.
